As a business traveler attending a training session, I found Magnolia Garden Villa to be the perfect choice. The hotel's facilities and services were excellent, catering to both business travelers and tourists. The friendly and welcoming family made me feel at home, and their assistance in organizing tours and onward travel was invaluable. I highly recommend this homestay for a comfortable and memorable stay in Hoi An.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Everything about our stay at Magnolia Garden Villa was absolutely perfect for seniors like myself. The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, allowing me to move around without any difficulty. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for senior guests, with convenient access to shopping areas and nearby attractions.
If I had to suggest one improvement for an even better vacation for senior people, it would be helpful if the staff could provide more assistance with navigating the stairs or offer rooms on the ground floor. However, I must mention that the children working there were polite and accommodating throughout our stay.

the family team that runs the villa took genuine care of us and made us feel very well looked after. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and fruit, which was a nice touch after a long journey. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of information about the town and helping us plan our sightseeing and travel arrangements. the facilities, especially the pool, exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed borrowing the free bikes and making the short trip into the old town or the beach. the traditional Vietnamese dinner that brought all the guests together was a wonderful experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to others. Cons: N/A.

The value for money at Magnolia was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to the old town and with a small market nearby. The staff treated us like family, always giving great advice and making us feel at home.
The morning meal could have been improved with a bigger variety of options.

I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in Hoi An. The warm welcome from Ngoc and her family made me feel at home immediately. They even took the time to provide me with a map and recommendations for the best local spots to explore. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, freshly made omelette and crusty baguettes - a true treat! The location was perfect, with free bicycles available to easily explore the town and beach. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like noisy neighbors and ongoing construction, the overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The hotel is conveniently located between the center and the beach, allowing easy access to both by foot or bike. Guests can enjoy a spacious room with good wifi and clean facilities. the friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast is delicious, with options to cater to all tastes. the pool is well-maintained and provides a refreshing escape.
The presence of construction noise from a neighboring building may disturb light sleepers.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration at Magnolia Garden Villa. The attention to detail and the cozy ambiance made me feel so at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and there was a lovely garden where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate easily with my walking cane, and there were no stairs or obstacles that could pose a challenge for me. It truly made my stay so comfortable and convenient.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more proactive in offering assistance. Although they were polite and friendly, there were times when I had to approach them myself to ask for help or information.

The staff were helpful and gave great advice about the city and tours. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
The location was quite far from the city center and the beach, making it difficult to get around. The hotel did offer bicycles, but it was still inconvenient.

Upgraded from an "okay" homestay. Love how they pamper you with a reading corner, 24-hour assistance, and a lovely pool. Definitely recommend exploring the area on their complimentary bikes.
Oh, and don't forget to enjoy the delight of dusty rooms and rodent droppings on the balcony. Such a charming touch.

The charming homestay had a delightful decor that exuded warmth and comfort, making me feel right at home. The general areas were tastefully adorned with traditional Vietnamese elements, creating a cozy ambiance. Furthermore, the villa's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy access ramps and handrails in place to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Although the children working there were very helpful, it would have been even better if there was a dedicated concierge service specifically tailored for the needs of senior people.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
